Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains your rights when purchasing the Nourish & Heal eBook directly through pamellaedwards.com.

5.1 Digital products (eBook)

Because the eBook is delivered to you instantly and electronically as a digital download, UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) allows us to ask you to waive your normal 14-day cancellation right once you begin downloading the file. When you complete your order, you will be asked to confirm that you understand this and agree to it before your payment is taken.

Once that confirmation has been given and the download has started, the eBook is non-refundable, except where the file is genuinely faulty or undeliverable (e.g. a broken download link), in which case contact pamella@pamellaedwards.com and we will resolve this by providing a working copy, or a refund if that isn't possible.

5.2 Physical paperback

The paperback edition is sold via third-party retailers such as Amazon, not directly through this Website. Any refund, return, or replacement request for a paperback copy should be made directly with the retailer it was purchased from, in line with their own returns policy.

5.3 How to request a refund (digital, where eligible)

Email pamella@pamellaedwards.com with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
