These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pamellaedwards.com (the "Website") and any purchase of digital or physical products made through it, including the Nourish & Heal eBook and related materials. By using this Website or purchasing a product from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Website is operated by Pamella Edwards, trading as a sole trader under her own name.

1.2 Products sold through this Website

The Website offers the Nourish & Heal eBook for direct digital purchase and download, along with a free lead-magnet guide available in exchange for an email address. The paperback edition of Nourish & Heal is sold via third-party retailers (including Amazon), and purchases of the paperback are governed by that retailer's own terms, not these Terms.

1.3 Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up or purchasing.
• You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or to copy, resell, or redistribute any digital product without written permission.
• All content on the Website (text, images, the eBook itself) is the intellectual property of Pamella Edwards unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

1.4 Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe via our checkout provider, Systeme.io. We do not store your card details.

1.5 Digital delivery

On successful payment, the eBook is made available for immediate download. Because delivery is instant, please see the separate Refund and Returns Policy for important information about your right to cancel.

1.6 Limitation of liability

The Website and its content, including the eBook, are provided for general wellness and educational information only. See the separate Health Disclaimer for full detail. To the extent permitted by law, Pamella Edwards is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or its products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
